Common questions
Do I need an account to book?
A quick account takes about 20 seconds: your name, mobile number, email and a 4-digit PIN. Next time, we recognize you and you can book in three taps.
How do I choose a dentist?
Dr. Reyes focuses on family and preventive care; Dr. Okafor on cosmetic work, Invisalign and crowns. If you have no preference, pick “First available”. New patients book with a dentist who is taking new patients.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice. You can cancel in one tap from “My visits”. After 2 missed appointments, we may ask for a deposit to book.
Do you see children?
Yes, from their first tooth or first birthday. Kids’ visits are 45 minutes, with time to get comfortable in the chair.
I get anxious at the dentist. Can you help?
Tell us when you book or when you arrive. We explain each step before we do it, you can pause anytime, and we offer nitrous oxide.
Is whitening safe?
Professional whitening is safe for most adults with healthy teeth and gums. We check your teeth first and adjust the treatment if you have sensitivity.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call (512) 555-0100 — we keep same-day openings for pain and broken teeth. For facial swelling that is spreading, trouble breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding or a jaw injury, call 911 or go to the ER.
